Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due their perishable nature, our products may not be exchanged, refunded or returned if you change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@amuesly.com with your name and order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you have been sent an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at hello@amuesly.com. As long as the incorrect product returned to us is unopened and the packaging unaltered, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost to you.
